I’m a B2B SaaS marketer and operations-focused professional with 15+ years of experience across growth, customer lifecycle, and service delivery.

I thrive in roles where I can bring structure, clarity, and scalable processes to fast-moving teams and customer journeys. I’ve worked in both SaaS (Aiven) and agencies (Advance B2B/Valve/Differo), leading cross-functional projects, running global programs, and optimizing conversions, onboarding, and retention. I’m highly organized, calm under pressure, and known for turning complex situations into clear plans and practical next steps. Curiosity is a big part of how I work and I reserve time for learning every week, currently mainly about AI workflows.

I enjoy leading teams and coaching people for success, but I’m equally comfortable in roles without direct people management.

I’m a mother of two and live in Vantaa, Finland. I love going outdoors, walking in the woods, going to flea markets, listening to music, reading/listening books, watching good series, dancing and cross-country skiing in the winter.
